Hi, assalamualaikum. So I'll be posting about how I did my best record of losing 5% of pure body fat in 2 months.
First thing, determination. I forced myself to get lean and clean physique before my rugby tournament. I was left with lack of time, schools and homeworks. I need to get a fast workout that burns fat effectively. So I did HIIT, circuit training and sprinting for 20-30 mins/ 3-4 times a week.
I did weightlifting, too, but it was more focused on compound exercises such as deadlifts, bench press, pull ups, squats and push ups. It depends of the parts that I'd like to focus on, i.e; for back and biceps, I did deadlifts and pull ups. I pair my exercises so that I can get the most of my time.
Second, nutrition and supplements. Yeap, it was a strict, but not boring food that I chose to eat. In the morning, I took a cup of oat, mixed with milk and a cup of coffee. Noon, it'll be my power stack: a piece of Russett potato, a handful of chicken (grilled, marinated with garlic, salt, black and white pepper) and vege's (broccoli and carrots). Post workout, I eat 2 slices of wholemeal bread with a spoonful of peanut butter and a banana. Later at night, I drink my protein shake with crushed ice, a spoonful of peanut butter and two tablespoon of oat.
I took fat burners, too. Grenade Fat Burner, green grenade case. Bombastic feeling with every workout, makes sweat felt useless.
Third shit, sleep. Regular 5-7 hours of sleep is required for your body to recover and reach the state of recovery. If you don't practice to sleep well, then you're doing it wrong. Your muscles are recovering during sleep. No doubt.
Fourth, motivation. You know that shit. It's contagious.
